(a) As we know the opposite sides of parallelogram are equal hence if there’s a parallelogram ABCD......THEN

AB=CD=5CM
AD=BC=8CM

perimeter of parallelogram =AB+BC+CD+DA
=5+8+5+8
=26CM

(b) perimeter of parallelogram=AB+BC+CD+DA
=3.5+5.5+3.5+5.5
=18CM

(c) perimeter of parallelogram =AB+BC+CD+DA
=(x+2)+(2x+1)+(x+2)+(2x+1)
= 6x+6......
