Given :-

∅ = 90 °

Radius = r =  7 cm

∴ Perimeter of the sector of a circle =  \bold{\frac{\theta}{360} \times 2\pi r + 2r}

\bold{= \frac{90}{360} \times 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times 7 + 2\times7 }cm\\\\\bold{= \frac{1\times2\times22+14}{4}} cm\\\\\bold{=\frac{22+14}{2} } cm

= 11 + 14 cm = 25 cm
