Given:-
- Slant height of the cone = 24cm.
- Diameter of the base = 21cm
To find:-
- Find the TSA of the cone ..?
Solutions:-
- Let the slant Height of the cone 24cm and diameter of the base = 21cm.
We have
Radius = diameter/2
=> 21/2
=> 10.5cm
Now,
Total surface area of cone = πr(l + r)
=> 22/7 × 10.5(21 + 12)
=> 22/7 × 10.5(33)
=> 22/7 × 10.5 × 33
=> 7623/7
=> 1089cm²
Hence, the TSA of the cone is 1089cm².
Some Important:-
- Right circular cone:-
- h = height of cone
- r = Radius of cone
- s = slant height
- Volume = 1/3πr²h
- Lateral surface area = πr √r²+h²
- Total surface area = πr² + πr √r²+h²
