Let, the unknown  number be, 'x'

1/3 of x = x/3

Adding 9 with x/3_

9+(x/3)

⇒(27+x)/3 [∵ The L.C.M. of the denominators is 3]

According to the problem,

(27+x)/3 = 19

⇒ 27+x = 19*3

⇒ 27 + x = 57

⇒ x = 57-27

⇒ x = 30

So, the unknown number is 30.
