HEY MATE!

HERE IS YOUR ANSWER :

3+2x-x^2=0

3+3x-x-x^2=0

3(1+x)-x(1+x)=0

(3-x)(1+x)=0

3-x=0 or 1+x=0

x=3 or x=-1
