Answer:

R2 and R3 are in series so there equivalent is 5+5=10ohm

then their equivalent is in parallel with R4 so there equivalent = 10X10/(10+10)

= 5ohm

then their equivalent is in series with R5 so their equivalent becomes 5+10=15ohm

R6 and R7 are in parallel combination so their equivalent is = 30X30/(30+30)=15ohm

this equivalent and R2,R3,R4,R5 equivalent is again in parallel combo

so equivalent now becomes= 15/2=7.5ohm

this equivalent is in series with R1

so finally total R equivalent = 7.5+10=17.5ohm
