\implies v_A=\tan 30^\circ

\implies v_A=1/\sqrt{3}

Similarly,

Velocity of body A at any instant = Slope of line OB

\implies v_B=\tan 60^\circ

\implies v_A=\sqrt{3}

\frac{v_A}{v_B}=\frac{1/\sqrt{3}}{\sqrt{3}}

\implies \frac{v_A}{v_B}=\frac{1}{3}

\implies v_A:v_B=1:3
