All fruits are not sweet . Some tastes sour , some tastes bitter . The taste of the fruits depends open the compounds present in it . A fruits generally contain organic acid , starch , protein , fructose , natural sugars and minerals .

Fruits are sweet because they have more amount of fructose present in it .
