For a reaction :
          aA + bB →  cC
Gram equivalence of A = Gram equivalence of B = Gram equivalence of C

2. So, Gram equivalence of Acid = Gram equivalence of Base
               Given mass equivalent mass of Acid = Given mass equivalent mass of base 3x=240x= 3×402=60

Answer is 60
