Correct Answer is Option...

(D)  200

Explanation:

Mass of metal carbonate (W) = 2.0g

Let E = equivalent weight of Metal

As Number of gram equivalent of HCL =  Normality × Volume/1000

= 1.0 × 100/1000 = 0.01

no. of g equivalent metal carbonate = no. of g equivalent of HCL

W/E = 0.01

E = W/0.01

E = 2/0.01

E = 200

So the Equivalent mass of metal carbonate will be = 200

Answer:

Explanation:

Mass of metal carbonate (W) = 2.0g

Let E = equivalent weight of Metal

As Number of gram equivalent of HCL =  Normality × Volume/1000

= 0.1 × 100/1000 = 0.01

∵ no. of g equivalent metal carbonate = no. of g equivalent of HCL

∴ W/E = 0.01

E = W/0.01

E = 2/0.01

E = 200

So the Equivalent mass of metal carbonate will be = 200
