•The Peninsular plateau -It is divided into many parts like Deccan plateau and is made of igneous and metamorphic rocks all over.

• The coastal plains of india-They are notes for agriculture ,tourist centres and many crops are grown. Fishing is the major occupation for people in coastal areas.

•Islands- Lakshadweep and Andaman- Nicobar islands are the important islands of India which provides defence against natural disasters,climatic changes etc.
