Let the distance travelled in 15 hrs be x km .

• I am solving by proportion method:

$\sf\:165:3=x:15$

‎

$\sf➞\:\frac{165}{3}=\frac{x}{15}$

‎

$\sf➞\:3 \times x= 165 \times 15$

‎

$\sf➞\:3x= 2475$

‎

$\sf➞\:x= \frac{2475}{3}$

‎

Therefore the distance travelled in 15 hrs is 825 kms .
