Given :

Current =I=500mA=500 x 10 ⁻³ A

time=t=3sec

Calculate Total charge=Q=?

Formula I= Q/t

Q= Ix t

=500x10⁻³x3

=1500/1000

=1.5 C

As we know that 1 coulomb of charge contains 6.25 x10 ¹⁸ electrons

Then 1.5 Coulomb of charge contains= 6.25 x10 ¹⁸ x 1.5/1

= 9.375 x 10 ¹⁸ electrons.

∴ Number of electron passed through The conductor is 9.375 x 10 ¹⁸
