Answer:

when f = 2

f(2) = (2)²-5(2)+1

= 4 - 10 + 1

= -5

now when f = -1

f(-1) = (-1)² - 5(-1) +1

= 1 +10+1

= 12

now it is given that

f(2)-f(-1)

on putting the value we get

(-5)-(12)

-5-12

-17

so the answer is -17

hope u understand

Answer:

I think -12 is the right answer

EXPALNATION

f(x)= x^2-5x+1

If x=2 then

f(2)=2^2-5(2)+1

=4-10+1

=5-10

= -5

If x= -1 then

f(-1)= -1^2-5(-1)+1

=1+5+1

=7

According to question,

f(2)-f(-1)

= -5-(7)

= -12

Hope it will be right answer
