Answer:

If your low blood count includes platelets, then your bleeding time will be increased (a bad thing).

You can also have a normal platelet count but the platelet function is marginal and it will raise the bleeding time.

If you take a daily baby aspirin, your bleeding time will be prolonged slightly … that is a good thing, unless you have surgery scheduled.
