Answer:

Effective resistance=3.53

Explanation:

If 2ohm, 2ohm are connected in parellel,

Resistance:

\frac{1}{Rp}= \frac{1}{2}+ \frac{1}{2}=1      Rp=1

If 3ohm, 2ohm are connected in parellel,

Resistance:

\frac{1}{Rp}= \frac{1}{3}+ \frac{1}{2}=\frac{5}{6}      Rp=\frac{6}{5}

Resistance:

\frac{1}{Rp}= \frac{1}{4}+ \frac{1}{2}=\frac{3}{4}    Rp=\frac{4}{3}

ATQ, they are connected in series,

Rs=1+\frac{6}{5}+\frac{4}{3}=3.53
