In QUESTION you are Given

(x+1) = 0

X = –1

so now put this value in the equation k {x}^{51 } - x {}^{60}

Answer will be

k {-1}^{51 } -(-1) {}^{60}

Keep remembered in mind that id Power of any no. in any equation or anywhere is given in Odd then sign will be change and if it is in even then sign won't be changed.

So here The power of kx is in Odd i.e., 51 so it will be –K

and the power of X is even i.e., 60 so it's sign will remain unchanged.

So Finally answer is

–K(1) +1 = 0

–K = –1 (minus sign will be cancelled as it is in both side)

So, Hence answer is K = 1.
