Answer:

12 notes.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the no. of notes be 1x, 2x and 3x

Now,

Value of Rs.50=

50 \times x = 50x

Value of Rs.100=

100 \times 2x = 200x

Value of Rs.500=

500 \times 3x = 1500x

Now, according to question

sum of money= Rs. 10,500

50x + 200x + 1500x = 10500

250x + 1500x = 10500

1750x = 10500

x =  \frac{10500}{1750}

So,

x = 6

Now, we have to find number of notes of Rs.100,

100= 2x

= 2×6

=12 notes Ans.
