Answer:

3x+4x+5x+6x=180

18x=180

X=180÷18

X=10

p=3x=3×18

p=54°

q=4x

q=4×18

q=72°

r=5x

r=5×18

r=90°

s=6x

s=6×18

s=108°

AnswEr:-

The Angles are:-

  • < P = 60°
  • <Q = 80°
  • <R = 100° and,
  • <S = 120°.

ExplanaTion:-

Given:-

  • A quadrilateral PQRS.

  • The Ratio of angles P, Q, R and S are 3 : 4 : 5 : 6 respectively.

To Find:-

  • All the angles of quadrilateral PQRS.

Concept Used:-

  • Sum of all interior angles of a quadrilateral is always equal to 360°.

So Now,

Since the ratio of the angles are 3 : 4 : 5 : 6.

So Let <P, <Q, <R and <S be 3x, 4x, 5x and 6x respectively.

Therefore by using concept we get:-

↦ 3x + 4x + 5x + 6x = 360°.

↦ 7x + 11x = 360°.

↦ 18x = 360°.

↦ x = 360°/18.

x = 20°.

Hence,

The angles are:-

  • <P = 3x = 3 × 20° = 60°.

  • <Q = 4x = 4 × 20° = 80°.

  • <R = 5x = 5 × 20° = 100°.

  • <S = 6x = 6 × 20° = 120°.

Therefpre the angles are 60°, 80°, 100° and 120° Respectively.
