answer is (a)80

for example search by option

option (a) B IS 80.

IN THE QUESTION AB AND AC ARE TRANSVERSALS AND ALSO SAID THAT ANGLE 3= ANGLE 2 .SO THE TRANSVERSALS MUST BE EQUAL .

So , angle B is equal to angle C

then angle angle C is 80

angle 2 is equal to angle B

angle 3 is equal to angle C

(opposite angles are equal)

B+C+A IS EQUAL TO 180(ANGLE SUM PROPERTY)

80+80+A=180

160 + A = 180

A =20

NOW LET'S CHECK THAT A IS 20 OR NOT

ANGLE 1 = ANGLE A

ANGLE 1 = 1/4 OF ANGLE 2

1/4× 80

20

ANGLE 1 IS 20

so answer is (a)
