We can't construct a triangle of such configuration because in a triangle the sum of two sides must be greater than the third and the difference of two sides must be smaller than the third.. here we see that 4+3=7 which is not greater than the third side 7 so this triangle can not be constructed. .. and this theory is applicable on the other questions too.. so solve them by yourself...
