Since, the solution is a mixture of NaOH and KOH hence the total concentration if the mixture will be given as M1V1 + M2V2 which after substituting the values from the question we will get that 2*0.5 + 1*1 which will be 2.

Again the total volume will be given as 2+1=3 L. So, the final concentration will be given as the total mole / total volume = 2/3 = 0.66 M.
