(a)-The poet calls his motherland...land of...faith....pride...becoz it has rich culture,history,past where our forefathers have sacrificed their lives for the honour of the land

(b)-The poet pledges to serve his motherland whole heartedly as his ancestors did

(c)-the words...'head' ,'heart' and hand in line 4 refers to entire dedication towards his mother land...it means everything would be dedicated to serve the nation

(d)-the word our shows that the poet beleives that everything of his country belongs to him whether it is faith...pride or birth...he is born here , he has faith in his motherland and he is proud of her rich culture and past
