we should know that

loga-logb=log(a/b)

log(x^n)=nlogx

Applying the above formulas we get

  log_{2}(  \frac{log( {x}^{5.4})}{ log( {x}^{2.7} ) }) =  log_{2}( \frac{5.4}{2.7} )  \\  =  log_{2}(2 )  = 1
