2^m*2^4=2^6
2^m+4=2^6
bases are same so equate the powers
m+4=6
m=6-4
m=2

2^m×2^4 = 2^6

2^m+4 = 2^6
since a^m*a^n = a^m+n
and 64 = 2^6

m+4 = 6
since a^m =a^n then m=n

m=6-4
m =2
