Solution :-

In right angled ∆ABC, we have,

→ ∠ACB = 45° (given)

→ AB = 6 foot = Height of antenna (given)

→ AC = Let x foot . (Length of a brace)

so,

→ sin 45° = Perpendicular / Hypotenuse

→ (1/√2) = AB / AC

→ (1/√2) = 6 / x

→ x = 6√2 foot.

then,

→ Length of 3 metal braces = 3 * x = 3 * 6√2 = 18√2 foot (Ans.)
