Assume Apple to be x so Oranges will be 2x

1 bag contains ( x+2x ) fruits

Total Apple and Oranges = 70

Apples are kept in 4 bags

Oranges are kept in 3 bags

Therefore

4x + 3(2x) = 70

4x +6x =70

10x = 70

x= 70/10 = 7

Hence Oranges will be 2x = 2x7= 14
