• 2 men and 3 boys = 10 days.

Thus, 20 men and 30 boys = 1 day......(i)

• 3 men and 2 boys = 8 days.

Thus, 24 men and 16 boys = 1 day.......(ii)

• Equating (i) and (ii)

20 men + 30 boys = 24 men + 16 boys

4 men = 14 boys

4 men = 14 boys2 men = 7 boys

10 boys = 10 days.

days 2 men and 1 boy = 8 boys.

 8 boys = ( 10 * 10 / 8 ) = 12.5 days.

hope it helps you mate.

\Large\bold{given,}

 \sf \therefore 2 \:men\: and\: 3 \:boys\: = 10\: days.

 \sf\therefore 3 \:men\: and\: 2\: boys\: do\: the\: same \:job \:in\: 8 \:days

 \sf therefore,

 \sf\therefore 20\: men\: and\: 30 \:boys = 1 \:day......(i)

 \sf\therefore 3 \:men\: and\: 2 \:boys = 8\: days.........\: given

 \sf\therefore 20M+30B=24M+16B

 \sf\therefore 30B-16B=24M-20krr

 \sf\therefore 14B=4M
