lymphatic drainage: as blood passes through capillaries some water along with many small water soluble substances move out into spaces between the the cells of tissues , this fluid is called interstitial fluid or tissue fluid . this fluid is collected and drained back to major veins by elaborate network of vessels called lymphatic system.
