Dress code is important because it teaches a student discipline, and teaches them how to behave in public, however I do feel like there should be no need for uniforms, as students can't express themselves in Uniforms. Every school should have dress code to teach students their duty while in public. Dress code teaches way of conduct.

Dress code should be taught first and then implemented. There might be dresses that can make a person (shy).

Although I believe Students behavior should never be jugded by his looks or dress code, but his personality instead.
