people are an important resource of all the resources present . they are the only one who invents and figure out things and without them, no research work could be done. they are the ultimate source in life. Healthy and educated people develop resources as per their requirements. A human resource like other resource is not equally distributed all over the world. they differ in educational level, sex, and age. their number and characteristics keep on changing.
