Teenagers cling to this habit to exercise their new found freedom. sometimes a false sense of bravado also instills in the students the habit of smoking. once they take up the habit soon it turns into an addiction from which they cannot escape. smoking is the root cause of many diseases. It result in lung cancer, high blood pressure etc. To prevent this habit, government has taken steps like the prohibition of smoking in public places. smoking harms even the non smokers through passive smoking. Unless people themselves are aware of the dangers of smoking, it is difficult to eradicate the habit.

Cigarette causes irritation to lungs and also causes overproduction of mucus in lungs. This causes cough problem in smoker's lungs. Depth of breadth reduces. This leads other problems in the body. Therefore I recommend not to destroy your health by smoking. Be addict of God gifted eatables not be addict of manmade injurious poisons.and heart attack.
