2. Mitesh, Mihir, Siddharth and Prashant paid restaurant bill unequally. The ratio of amount paid by Mitesh to Mihir is 3:2. Siddharth paid half the amount paid by Mitesh and Prashant paid 150 less than the amount paid by Mihir. Find the contribution of each, if the bill amount is 2400.​

Let the amount paid by Mitesh and Mihir be 3x and 2x respectively

amount paid by Sidhharth= 3x/2

amount paid by Prashant = 2x-150

According to question

3x+2x+3x/2+2x-150= 2400

17x/2= 2550

x= 5100/17

x= 300

hence amount paid by Mitesh, Mihir, Siddharth and Prashant are 900, 600 , 450 and 450 respectively.
