a) Muscles:- The muscle proteins can be divided in to

1) Contractile

2) Regulatory

3) Sarcoplasmic

4) Extracellular

The most important are the contractile proteins Actin and Myosin.  In regulatory proteins, Troponin, Tropomyosin, M-protein, beta-actin, gamma-actin and C-protein are also important

b) Bones​:- 90% of the bone matrix is composed of the protein called collagen. Collagen is a very strong protein that is used to form bone, cartilage, tendons as well as tendons.
