no \: of \: atom \:  = no \: of \: moles \:  \times 6.022 \times  {10}^{23}

no \: of \: moles \: =  \frac{given \: weight}{molar \: weight \: }

no of moles =4.25/17= 0.25 moles

no \: of \: atom \:  = 0.25 \times 6.022 \times  {10}^{23}

no \: of \: atom \:  = 1.50 \times  {10}^{23}

 =  1.5 \times  {10}^{23}

therefore it is option B but it is not in negative
