let the two numbers are 4x and 5x

According to the question

(4x-30)÷(5x-30)=1/2

2(4x-30)=5x-30

8x-60=5x-30

8x-5x=60-30

3x=30

x=30/3=10

then the two numbers are

4x=4*10=40

5x=5*10=50
