⇒m1u1+m2u2=m1v1+m2v2⇒1(21)+2(−4)=1(1)+2v2⇒v2=6m/s

Coefficient of Restitution:

e=u1−u2v2−v1=21+46−1=0.2

Kinetic Energy lost:

=21m1(v12−u12)+21m2(v22−u22)=211(1−441)+
