After death due to epidemic, remaining ppl is given by
98 % of x..
After which only 14 % were alive...
So no of ppl alive is
14% of 98% of x which is 2107
[tex] \frac{14}{100}. \frac{98}{100}x=2107 x= \frac{2107.100.100}{98.14} [/tex]
x=153577
