⇒ (56×Q)+29=D ------ ( 1 )

⇒ D÷R=R ------ ( 2 )

⇒ ((56×Q)+29)÷8=R [ Substituting ( 1 ) in ( 2 ) ]

Since 56 is alredy divisible by 8

⇒ 29÷8=R

⇒ 85÷8

∴ R=5

∴ Required remainder is 5.
