➭ Gíven :-

Training done in first week = 1 hour

Time increased to gym = 30 minutes

To fínd :-

Total working hours in a month.

Solutíon :-

In a month there are 4 weeks...

So,

 \longrightarrow \bf \:1 \: hour + 30 \: minutes \times 4

 \longrightarrow \bf \:60 + 30 = 90 \: minutes

 \longrightarrow \bf \:90 \times 4 = 360

Therefore,she had trained for 360 minutes i.e 6 hours.

Answer:

6 hr

Step-by-step explanation:

In 1st week:   1 hr = 60 min

  2nd        : 60 + 30 min

  3rd         : 60 + 30 + 30 min

  4th         : 60 + 30 + 30 + 30 min

Total min:  60 + 60 + 30 + 60 + 30 + 30 + 60 + 30 + 30 + 30

   ⇒ 4 times 60 + 6 times 30

   ⇒ 4(60) + 6(30)

   ⇒ 240 + 180 = 360 min

360 min = (360/60) hr = 6 hr
