          let the small side is = x cm ( b )

    ATQ the large side is = 2x cm  ( l )

Now , perimeter formula of a parallelogram is same as rectangle

 i.e. 2( l + b)  = 18 cm

  => 2 ( x + 2x ) = 18

  => 2 ( 3x ) = 18

  => 6x = 18

  => x = 3 cm is the small side

Then large side is 3(2) = 6 cm . (Answer)
