Hello There!

Poem lines that create images in your head is called imagery. This type of poems are written so that images could go across your head.

For instance, if I were to write:

The blue flowers were on the green grass dancing in the warm hot sun, with crystal water droplets around the flowers. This is considered as imagery because it gives me a picture of a blue flower on green grass which contains water droplets.

Additionally, imagery can be expressed in a simple sentence or one line of a poem. Imagery doesn't have to necessarily be written in an entire poem. It is considered as imagery when it is written in that way.

Thank you!
