Answer:

Rs 3000

Step-by-step explanation:

Since A's salary is same as 4 times B's salary, if B's salary is 'x', then A's salary must be '4x'.

Together(A & B), they earn Rs 3750,

=> Salary of A + salary of B = Rs 3750

=> 4x + x = Rs 3750

=> x = Rs 3750/5

=> x = Rs 750

Therefore, salary of A is: 4x

=> 4 x (Rs 750)

=> Rs 3000

Answer:

Let the B's salary be n, then A's salary is 4n (4 times of B's salary)

According to the Question :

⇒ A + B = Rs. 3750

  • putting the terms

⇒ 4n + n = Rs. 3750

⇒ 5n = Rs. 3750

  • Dividing both by 5

⇒ n = Rs. 750

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀───────────────

Salary of A :

⇢ A = 4n

⇢ A = 4 × Rs. 750

A = Rs. 3000

Hence, Salary of A is c) Rs. 3000.
