Virupaksha Temple is located in Hampi in the Vijayanagara district of Karnataka, India. It is not a part of the Group of Monuments at Hampi, designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The temple is dedicated to Lord Virupaksha, a form of Shiva.
