Given radii of two circles are 8cm and 6cm. We have to find the radius of the circle having area equal to sum of area of the two circles.

∴ Sum of area of two circles=π×8

=64π+36π

=100π

∴πR

R=10cm

∴ Radius of the circle is R=10cm.

R1= 4.5

A1= π(4.5)^2

R2=6

A2= π(6)^2

A1+A2= A

π(4.5)^2+π(6)^2= πR^2

π{(4.5)^2+(6)^2}=πR^2

R^2=(4.5)^2+(6)^2

R^2=20.25+36

R^2=56.25

R= √56.25

R=7.5

answer is 7.5
