let the cost of radios be x.
sp of radio-1
s.p=cp(100+p%/100)
=x(100+12/100)
=112x/100
sp of radio-2
x(100+17/100)
=117x/100

given, sp of radio-1 - sp of radio-2 =125
117x/100 - 112x/100 = 125
5x/100=125
5x=125 X 100
5x=12500
x=12500/5
x=RS.2500
cp of radios=2500
sp of radio-1=2500(100+12/100)
                  =2500 X 112/100
                  =RS.2800
sp of radio-2=2500(100+17/100)
                  =2500 X 117/100
                  =RS.2925

Answer:

let the cost of radios be x.

sp of radio-1

s.p=cp(100+p%/100)

=x(100+12/100)

=112x/100

sp of radio-2

x(100+17/100)

=117x/100

given, sp of radio-1 - sp of radio-2 =125

117x/100 - 112x/100 = 125

5x/100=125

5x=125 X 100

5x=12500

x=12500/5

x=RS.2500

cp of radios=2500

sp of radio-1=2500(100+12/100)

                 =2500 X 112/100

                 =RS.2800

sp of radio-2=2500(100+17/100)

                 =2500 X 117/100

                 =RS.2925
