sohan sold it to mohan at 10% loss that is 90%.

mohan paid 990.

90%= 990

100%=?

90×?=100×990

?=100×990/90=1100

sohan cost price =1100

Rahul sold to sohan at gain 10% that is 110%

110%=1100(sohan)

100%=?

Rahul price =

 \frac{100 \times 1100}{110} = 1000
