equation is =

 {( {2}^{ - 1}  +  {3}^{ - 1} ) }^{3}

after reciprocal equation will become

 {( \frac{1}{2}  +  \frac{1}{3} )}^{3}

LCM of 2 and 3 = 6

now add

 \frac{1}{2} and \frac{1}{3}

{( \frac{3 + 2}{3})}^{3}

 ={( \frac{6}{3} )}^{3}

cut 6 and 3

 =  {2}^{3}

 =  8

therefore answer is 8
