2- Read the passage given below.

1- Though a little hesitant in talking about etiquette in such trying times (of COVID-19) as we have been trying to adjust to new ways of living and working, without a shadow of a doubt, I believe etiquette through all of this is possible. In fact, imperative, I would say.

2- We have spoken of etiquette being a set of rules of impeccable behavior, but times like this call for a new approach, one that is part grit and part grace. As an emotional intelligence and relationship coach, I have firm belief in the under current of one's intention in ruling one's behavior. 3- OF SHARE AND CARE

Since etiquette is all about consideration for the other, creat a climate around you to encourage sharing of domestic space and responsibilities. So, once you decide to said the intention to live through every day with gratitude and composure, you will project a demeanour of compassion, energy and positivity.

4- Spouses must listen to each other more than ever, communicate more clearly-sensitively and with compassion and be in tune with their needs like never before. Use this time to build your relationship's maturity. Your behaviour in this time of adversity is being mirrored by your children. Consciously or unconsciously they are picking up new behavioural patterns of dealing with a crisis like this. Let them mirror the best version of you. See this as an opportunity to reinvent you relationships. Instead of melting down, step up your adversity quotient. Recharge your emotional resilience. Unless you manage your feelings and thoughts positively, how can youeven fake a positive behavior for too long? There will be troughs of low emotional and physical charge in your day, but you can still manage your

self and the situation with strong emotional agility. 5- THANK YOU NOTE

Use this time to have open-minded conversation with your spouse or your child, share stories and points of view. Try the golden rule of etiquette speak less and listen more! As you listen, ensure your intention of compassion and respect get transferred. The seas are rough no doubt, and this is the true test of our etiquette towards life. Live your life with the

intention to sail through.
