Breaking a number of traffic rules in one go, a motorcyclist with
pillion riders knocked down a traffic constable when he tried to stop them for
not wearing helmets. When the trio tried to escape, another constable rushed
to the spot and managed to nab two of the men.
While head constable Prakash Shinde was rushed to a nearby hospita
with a bleeding knee and chest pains, the two accused were taken to
